PPGI Sheet Specification
PPGI Sheet is processed from hot dip galvanized steel sheets, and the thickness of the zinc layer and paint are the most significant factors that affect the quality of PPGI sheet.
Thickness:
The thickness of PPGI steet can range from 0.12mm to 1.5mm, depending on the application.
Width:
The width range of PPGI we can provide is 600mm-1250mm, with the most common widths being 914mm, 1000mm, 1219mm, and 1250mm.
Zinc Coated:
PPGI made from galvanized steel(GI), the zinc coated range is form 40g/㎡ to275g/㎡.
Painted Coated
PPGI are coated with a layer of paint. The coating can be PE, SMP or PVDF.
Usually there are two layers of paint on the front side with a thickness of 5+10um ~ 5+20um, and one layer of paint on the back side with a thickness of 5~10um.
Color:
